(My parents were looking to purchase a retirement property and I must say it was a pretty big deal because they were putting literally every penny they had towards this purchase. Tamer Youssef was recommended to us by several people and I thought oh great, another cliché realtor looking to make a dime off referrals. We were so glad we listened to others because Tamer truly was unbelievably professional, efficient, responded immediately regardless of it being after 5pm or a weekend, and most importantly he made the process so simple for us when we didn't know where to start (this is where other realtors take advantage). We were so happy as he laid out a game plan for our wants and needs and showed only that instead of wasting our time on showings and pushing a property on us because it would mean greater commission for him.
